Gubbio: one of the most beautiful and characteristic cities of Umbria.
Perugia: medieval, Etruscan and Roman city.
Arrive in Fabriano, guided tour of the Paper and Watermark Museum in which the historical phases of handmade paper are illustrated. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour of the medieval old town of Fabriano starting from the Duomo (rebuilt in 1617 and dedicated to San Venanzo), the Pojo, the Gentile Theatre and the Oratory of Charity. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the early afternoon transfer to Genga for the visit of the Frasassi Caves, spectacular underground world characterized by a succession of salt, tunnels and small crystallized lakes. Stop in Genga to visit the Romanesque Abbey of San vittore delle Chiuse and the Valadier Temple. Return to Fabriano, dinner and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Assisi city symbol of peace, which is identified with one of the most beloved and venerated saints in the world, Saint Francis of Assisi. Visit of the historic center with the Piazza del Comune, the Basilica of San Francesco which consists of two superimposed churches and a crypt with the tomb of the Saint, the Cathedral and the Roman area, Santa Chiara and Borgo San Pietro. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Departure for Gubbio defined as “gray city”, for the compact and uniform color of the limestone blocks with which this beautiful village is built. Guided tour of the historic center with the Piazza Grande, Palazzo dei Consoli and Palazzo Pretorio, the Palazzo Ducale, the Basilica of S. Ubaldo. Return to Fabriano, dinner and overnight.

Guided tour of the city with the Rocca Paolina, the Fontana Maggiore, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Palazzo dei Priori… Free time to visit the Eurochocolate, the International Chocolate Festival.
