Arrive in Fabriano, welcome by our staff, accommodation in private rooms in the hotel. Guided tour of the Paper and Watermark Museum. Dinner in a typical tavern and overnight in the hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to visit the Frasassi Caves and the Sanctuary of the thermal baths of S. Vittore. Lunch in Genga in the heart of the Gola della Rossa park. Return to Fabriano and free afternoon for walks and shopping in the historic center decorated for the Christmas holidays. Return to the hotel to prepare for the New Year’s Eve dinner in a historic eighteenth-century villa with music and a menu very special and refined.
Breakfast at the hotel, visit of the city and the Oratorio della Carità, the Gentile Theatre, among the most beautiful between Romagna and Marche. Transfer to Matelica, a city of Roman origin, home of Verdicchio di Matelica (a grape that cannot be produced elsewhere). Visit of the historic center of Roman origin with domus and various mosaics. Lunch with tastings of Verdicchio and cured meats. Free time before returning to the places of origin.
